Frades – La Sardegna in Bottega was born from the dream of having a multi-faceted space in Porto Cervo, where tourists and locals could enjoy a 360° showcase of Sardinian enogastronomy.

The products we offer represent the excellence of the regional panorama, carefully selected by the best producers of the various local areas, so as to offer a wide variety of Sardinian wine and food.
From north to south, from east to west, the sea, the wind, the sun, the soil become the main ingredients able to give character, structure, taste to the different products we propose.

Our workshop is dedicated to taste and embraces all five senses, with a space divided into three areas: the counter, which offers to our guests a selection of cured meats and cheeses, the open laboratory of fresh pasta and cuisine where raw materials are processed and transformed, allowing the visitor to attend this fascinating process and, finally, the tasting space, both indoors and outdoors, offering meat platters and refined dishes to taste.
